Microsoft Senior Project Manager interview questions

Screening by recruiter, followed by loop interviews. typically, 4-5 rounds of interviews followed by AA round. Rounds will typically gauge - design skills, dealing with ambiguity, structured communication, why Microsoft?

Interview with the Hiring manager followed by 5 onsite interviews, the final one being with a Director. Quick and smooth process. The recruiter was quite responsive. The whole process took less than a month. All the interviewers were pleasant to talk to and made me feel like they want me to succeed. The final interview with the Director was the best one. Overall, I had a very good experience.
