Microsoft Software Developer I interview questions

four guy interviewed me in the interview and basically they asked not very hard questions. if you read book like programming interview exposed, you should be able to handle it. I think I failed at the last round, in which it was the manager. the manager ask me to get a design problem, but obviously, i am not prepared. I have heard before that the manager will not ask programming questions, thus I was not prepared for that.
