The people interviewing me in the 2 rounds were very friendly and kind. Genuinely seemed interested in making sure they found a proper personality fit. I had a phone screening call and a call with a team member. For the case study, they told me if I didn't know some answer to just Google it which made it apparant it wasn't as important as having a good person. However, they didn't pass me forward because of this.

Interview
Pretty smooth and fast recruitment process. Contacted via email to schedule a Skype call with HR which went pretty well, I was asked only about my past experience, expectations and general knowledge questions. Was then assigned quite a basic test about accounting processes and interfaces.. ( really guys?).
A week later I went through the following step, a Skype interview with one of the team members, general HR questions about past experiences and few ambiguous behavioural questions related to the accounting environment. I was then asked about my expectations about the role and company.
I have received few days later a rejection email, mentioning they'd prefer a more junior figure. Rejections can be quite frustrating, but wasting a candidate's time when the job description did not mention anything about the position being junior is a whole new level of unprofessional.
