The hiring process consisted of several steps:
HR screening interview (15-30 minutes).
Codility test (1 hour) - an SQL test covering various aspects such as CTE, window functions, grouping data, and union all.
Interview with team members (45 minutes).
Peer panel interview (45 minutes).
Final interview with hiring managers (45 minutes).
Despite successfully completing all stages and reaching the final interview with the hiring managers, after waiting for three and a half weeks, they decided not to extend an offer. Throughout the process, the interviews were characterized by a friendly atmosphere, resembling conversations more than formal interrogations. The discussions focused on the company's needs for the position and the required skills, as well as questions about the candidate's experience and how they could contribute to the role.
