I've had 7 steps with various people and a test. The first two calls (both with Recruiters) were pretty much the same, and overall, throughout the entire process, the questions kept repeating. After investing all those hours in this process, all I received was the message that 'they're not proceeding with my application'. As I went through this entire long process, I would have expected that such a company would use at least better rejection templates.
