I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (London, England) in Sep 2015
Interview

I was asked standard competency based questions: strengths, weaknesses, what motivates you, example of multitasking skills, example of leadership, working with others, do you work well under pressure, give an example of a time when you had to be relatively quick in coming to a decision, tell me about a time when you had to adapt to a difficult situation.

Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
