NHS interview questions

Standard interview with three members of staff. Did not like that when I went to get the job discription and notes I had prepared for interview out they said I wasn’t allowed to use any notes and should have asked before as an adjustment. I’ve never been to an interview before and been stopped. It was just the JD and a sheet where I had written three questions I wanted to ask at the end but even after explaining that I wasn’t allowed to use. Despite this I got the job.

Interviewed by managers/lead nurse. Questions includes functional skills requirements , personal skills and understanding of NHS operational processes. overall supportive environment for an interview. Flexible working hours choices are given.
