An example of a continuous improvement technique and why do you use this?
Much less intimidating than I thought, very humane and they made me feel at ease. I felt well supported throughout and never felt like they were trying to catch me out. The conversation flowed easily and they gave me plenty of time so I didn’t feel rushed.

They asked about how I would handle a confidentiality situation.
It was a bit tedious and difficult, questioning was not very good. Oft example what do you find yourself in 5 years time. What would you do if this happened ect
