I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NVIDIA (San Jose, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
There are two rounds. Each round is 45 minutes, and both of them are technical. For the first round, after I introduced myself, I was asked questions about physical design. For the second round, I was asked questions about the courses I took before.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at NVIDIA in Mar 2021
Interview
It was over a call and it was for an internship opportunity.
I had applied via college career fair.
It was a one hour interview. I got a reject in the first round itself
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is Leakage power?
What is Short circuit power?
Setup and hold violations
NMOS and PMOS working
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Bengaluru) in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied off-campus through an Employee referral. After that, a written test was conducted consisting of 20 Subjective questions in 1 hour's time.
It was the toughest test that I had given for any company. The test had questions related to VLSI, computer architecture, STA, Verilog, Digital Circuits, FIFO buffer.
After the test, there were 2 technical interviews of 1 hour each.
