New Balance interview questions

Interview Process was respectful and thorough and I did take the position. I was first contacted by Chis over the phone, and then we had a brief conversation at the store about what the job would include, and he asked me a few basic interview questions. All they want to see is if you are willing to work hard.

Had a first stage interview and was told I would hear back within a few days and have since been ghosted despite following up in an email. I would expect to not hear back if an application was not successful but would expect it to be common courtesy to let applicants know either way after an interview. Really disappointing and disheartening and in my opinion very unprofessional.
