New Balance interview questions

Had a phone interview with a recruiter. The interview questions were very personal and different which I appreciated. However, the interviewer was very rude and condescending. Made it seem as if my personal reason for wanting to work for NB was not enough. The interviewer talked about how much NB values their employees and their experiences and backgrounds yet when mentioning that I spoke to an employee about their own experience the interviewer discredited the employee because they have only been there for X amount of time (The employee had nothing but great things to say as I mentioned). The interviewer was very hypocritical about how NB treats everyone with respect no matter their experience or background yet continued to be rude and condescending and questioned my past work experience. I would like to think that NB is a good company with high standards and great values but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
