New Balance interview questions

Schedule a phone interview with a straightforward, simple question. I got declined even though I was overqualified. The recruiter said they will reach out to me within a week since I was qualified for the position but never bothered to email or provide feedback. just ghosted; after 2 weeks I emailed them and even called the same number asking for status. No reply and an auto-rejection letter. Considering a lot of negative reviews about the interview, I feel like they're just trying to scam people for interviews just to look like they're hiring. Dont bother applying here; move on to other companies that actually hiring and not wasting your time
