New Balance Sales Associate interview questions

In-person interview with one of the higher ups. They ask about what makes good customer service and offer minimum wage pay. The interview was not overly difficult, but they are looking for those with experience in retail.

Super easy and casual but straight forward. Manager made it clear what you’ll need to have and learn to become part of New Balance. Although I will say, the training was definitely more intense than expected because you need to learn more about the foot itself and what’s best. Overall great interview and experience.
