Interview
Two stage interview. First stage was with the Line Manager of the team I was being hired for. It was just a casual chat about my background and resume, and also answers to my questions about the role and company.
The second stage was a multi-person interview with two Line Managers and a senior lead developer present. I was asked questions about my previous work experiences, my skills and knowledge of technologies I hadn't listed on my resume but were used at Nokia, and quizzed on skills I claimed to have. Nothing too specific, just general questions to gauge if I knew what I claimed to.

They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.
Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call

highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
