Good, the first interview is basically on personal experience, no major coding, just minor and just conversation. Need to write on paper to explain answer. The interviewer listen to my story of my experience. Have good communication.

They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.
Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call
