I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nokia (Bengaluru) in Feb 2008
Interview
One round of telephonic interview - where the role expectations were explained and my expectations were asked (including the salary expectations). Then the second round was technical + personal interview. In which after a few questions on projects that I have done in my earlier jobs they have presented me a few situations at work and asked me how I would react. I must say that the interviewer is a manager from Finland who was in India to setup the team. The Indian managers interviews could be different.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nokia (Bengaluru) in Feb 2009
Interview
Consisted of one telephonic interview, one face 2 face with a senior developer, then another one with architect, then one with R&D head and finally one with HR.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia in May 2009
Interview
I had a phone interview to discuss my past experience and how I could improve their product.
Three weeks after I was invited to their offices (they pay for that) and had 5 interviews, mostly about project management. At the middle of every interview they usually asked me to make questions. Only one of the interviews was really technical.
