Nokia Test Engineer interview questions

I cleared all the technical, managerial and a HR round. The HR called me and told that I have been selected and they are waiting for approvals . A week passed and there was no update. I called them and got the same answer that they are Waiting for the approval. I kept waiting. After few days I called again for update and HR stopped picking my calls. No response of my emails and calls afterwards. The least I can expect from any HR to inform the candidates about what went wrong or atleast if they are rejected. A very pathetic interview experience.
