First step is a video interview which consist of 3 questions that have to be answered in 60 seconds each. You can re-record the video as many times as you’d like adding to the pressure of speaking to yourself on video and watching yourself back countless times. I do not think this video interview is a good representation of a candidate
Next step is to chat with recruiter. I have submitted two video interviews for two different roles and have heard back from both recruiter to set up a time to chat further about the role. Both recruiters ghosted me after inviting me for second round of interviews. Very unprofessional. Please respond to your candidates even if it is with a rejection.
