Applied online and received a call to do an interview one on one with the store manager over the phone. Got a call 2 days after saying they are offering me a role

Question 1
- Name a time as a team, you achieved something
- What do you like to do in the spare time?
- Do you play any team sports?
they ask your availability, commute situation and why PUMA it's nothing too bad. I found it simple and quick. If you're interested in the brand you don't need to prepare for an interview tbh
The interview was in person in store. The interview process was very laid back and engaging, seemed there was genuine interest from employer to get to know me and my previous roles.
3 steps: interview with store manageri (on site) then 2 interviews on Teams with other 2 superiors. Nice and accesibile. They were very nice and we decided to work together. W
