Going through a diversity program interview process...for women on break. Called Recharge 3.0. The program was very well managed and inspiring. one day program, followed by one on one mentoring session, a boot camp and final interview.

I had 2 rounds interviews, one with the direct manager, the other one with skip manager. Both were very nice and friendly. The questions were very standardized product management questions.

The interview process started with me sending 2 documents of products launch and projects that I’ve worked before with no context, after that the schedule a meeting with the hiring manager who was not paying attention during the interview. So it seemed odd
