I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Peterborough, ON) in Apr 2010
Interview
My experience was very good as I was able to secure the Internship, however it was also very challenging.
The very first step were some online testing; personality, behavioral and so on
First contact was a basic phone conversation that had the basics of a screening. The next step was a panel interview with 3 people; a Supply Chain manager, a senior Customer Service rep and a Business Unit leader who only popped in for 15 minutes to describe the position and responsibilities of the position.
The next step was receiving an offer over the phone, we arranged a face to face where I signed an agreement that was contingent on a background check.
I started 2 weeks later, right after my final exam and had a great 4 months with Pepsico.
