PepsiCo Supply Chain Manager interview questions

I met the recruiters at a career fair. I was invited to the interview process which consists of an In Campus Interview with two managers from different locations (GA and FL) and a dinner to break the ice the night before.

the interview was very conversational. Unlike many others, this one was simple and straightforward. It was really easy to reflect and talk to them, they did not try to stump me or ask me trick questions, it was just understanding how I am with people, and engineering problems.
