Personio Lead Backend Engineer interview questions

1. Call with recruiter 2. Call with EM 3. Was sent a github repo and had to understand the service and code base. Had a single 2 hours technical interview in which we added a feature and fixed a bug in the code base. Then continued design question around how to expand the service etc. 4. Finally a call with a Director. Overall interview experience was great. Everyone was really kind and understanding.
