Personio Tech Lead interview questions

I applied for a Tech Lead position through LinkedIn, and got an email saying the company were very interested in me days after. I booked an initial interview, yet it got cancelled without reason. After some days, I got clarified why that happened and booked another interview with another point on contact. I got interviewed about a week after all that. I was looking for a different opportunity, as where I was working there was no clear path defined for a promotion, so I mentioned this to the Junior recruiter who interviewed me. Our conversation was mostly around my decision to look for another job, she kept asking personal questions around that for about 10 minutes. A few days after, I got notified that the company decided to not continue with my application. To be honest, I didn't feel interviewed the right way. In my decade of experience in the field, I never had an initial interview with so much friction, and so many personal questions about my job seeking decision. Maybe the company can have at least two recruiters for senior roles, or pick a senior recruiter.
