Interview
The first interview went great and was very easy (just with normal employees). For the second one their boss joined them, who asked me different questions from the textbook. Then I was asked a formula for the ROE, and the boss corrected me, even though my answer was correct. After I, as a woman, nicely corrected him, he was outraged and hated me for the rest of the interview by asking super specific questions and talking me down if I did not know the term or the answer (not even his employees felt comfortable speaking up next to him). All in all it seemed to be a very male-dominated and hierarchical department, so I am happy to not have joined them.

Abgeholt worden am Eingang. Lockeres Gespräch mit Teamleiter und Abteilungsleiter. Entspannte Atmosphäre. Erst wurde die Stelle vorgestellt, dann sollte ich mich vorstellen. Keine fachlichen fragen oä. Direkte Zusage. Paar Tage später Rückmeldung per kurzem Zoomcall

There are three stages, an hr phone call, two on-site interviews. There isn't an assessment test.
The onsite interview includes an excel test for processing the related data, which has to finish in 30 mins.

Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch per Mail. Freundlich empfangen und zum Besprechungszimmer begleitet. Bewerbungsgespräch war freundlich, angenehm und höflich. Teilgenommen haben lediglich Mitarbeiter und Chef aus der Fachabteilung. Die Stelle wurde ausführlich beschrieben und im nachgang wurden die üblichen Bewerberfragen gestellt.
