The overall interview process was clear but somewhat impersonal. The interviewer came across as rather cold and distant, which made it a bit harder to build rapport. Still, the questions were relevant and focused on key aspects of the role.

Zuerst wurde der Lebenslauf sehr detailliert durchgesprochen. Schulische Themen, Motivation und Wahl hinter Studium - Schwerpunkte im Studium. Sonst Fragen zur aktuellen Anstellung und Aufgabengebiet, sowie Standardfragen - Schwächen/Stärken etc.
