I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primark (Manchester, England) in Oct 2020
Interview
Easy, a bit long but the interviewer not very friendly. I felt a bit awkward as they did not want to chat or make a conversation before starting the questions. I know they just care to hire someone but if they are not friendly then why would I want to work in such an environment. All in all, not the best interview process I had, but the questions where pretty easy. I had experience working at Primark before but seems as they did not care as I had already experience working there. Also, when I applied for the job I got a letter from them accepting me for an interview for a manager role. That got me excited but it was an error.

Will you be able to work during Christmas if we asked you?
The interview didn't take too long, it felt like a very relaxed atmosphere. Questions weren't difficult mostlyasked if had experience through previous jobs etc , was asked which hours I would prefer during the interview. Recieved a phone call a few days later telling me I was successful.

Question 1
What experience have you had working in customer service?
I applied online. I interviewed at Primark (Sheffield, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
Long winded , personal and misleading , the woman basically told me I was due to start and she lied . What is the actual point of doing that to someone in a pandemic , I mean most people have been to Primark and its not the place anyone has dreamed of working in . I find it patronising that someone would do that .
