I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Primark (London, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
Reached there on time, went to customer services and asked to speak to the manager. They took me downstairs inside the staff area and I waited there for about 30 minutes. The manager was really nice and it was a nice laid back interview. It was my first interview and I hadn't worked at any job before so I was feeling nervous from beforehand but it was fine.

If you scroll down to other reviews, you can find some interview questions. They pretty much ask the same things. (Something about a mannequin with a dress being in the store window... Use your initiative).
They asked around four typical STAR interview questions that are simple to answer with prep and it lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. It was overall good and very relaxed.
