Professional, my interview ended being the longest the manager had ever had which was just over an hour. We spoke about my previous experience in the retail business, about why I chose Primark to apply for a job and my interests out of work including the distance to work etc.

Have you experienced an awkward situation that resulted in yourself having to contact management or even the police?
They asked around four typical STAR interview questions that are simple to answer with prep and it lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. It was overall good and very relaxed.

There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps

They asked about previous experience, and how to handle certain situations with customers, also about flexibility
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.
