I had a video interview for the Retail Assistant position at Primark. The interviewer was kind and asked many questions about my past work experience in Korea, such as what my role was and how I used to work in a team.
They also asked about how I welcome new employees, my working style, and what motivates me at work. The interviewer wanted to understand my personality and how I could fit into the team.
At the end, they asked about my holiday plans and availability. The atmosphere was friendly, and it felt like a conversation rather than a test.
