Interview consisted of maybe 4 competency questions and then a small practical. The practical involved selecting an outfit for a display and explaning your reasons for choosing that outfit. All questions are standarised for every candidate so doesn’t feel like there's muçh room to talk about your potential as an employee. Not really questioned on my work experience or relevant skills. I was ghosted after interview which I found very unprofessional, especially for such a large well known brand.
