Prologis interview questions

They contacted me via email and we scheduled a first interview with HR. After that, never heard of them again so I sent them an email showing my interest on the position and they replied that they moved on with other candidates.

Phone interview went well, set up for in person interview. There was a short test first, then a 3 person panel conducted the interview. It was very awkward, it seemed like it was their first time, they asked strange questions and didn't even seem to know what role I was there to interview for.
