Prologis interview questions

There was first an interview with HR with lasted about 30 minutes which was basically to determine whether you had related experience - a screening interview. This interview occurred in February, a month after submitting the application. 2 weeks after that interview the HR rep called and, two more interviews where scheduled with the VP of the department and another person in the department for the next day. Both interviews lasted an hour. They asked about experience and it was more of a conversational tone. After following up 2 week later, another 4 weeks passed until I followed up again. Only then did the HR representative inform me that the team had gone in a different direction.
