I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prologis (Boston, MA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Pretty standard interview practice. I applied online and was asked to do a phone screening where they asked some generic question such as why prologis? Why this position? Salary expectations etc... They then brought me in for an interview but it seemed as though they were already decided on pursuing another candidate as they only asked one question and filled the rest of the time by talking about the position and the company.

Interview
Very informal process. Phone screen followed by two behavioral interviews. Very little technical analysis. More of an interview based on fit than on ability to model deals. Easy process overall.

Interview
After applying online, I received an email to schedule time to speak with the recruiter. The process of setting up time with them was straightforward and simple. The conversation itself was one of the most odd and unpleasant interactions I've had with a recruiter - they sounded absolutely miserable (or angry?) from the moment we got on the phone, which set a very strange tone for the conversation. It was clear that the recruiter was reading directly from a script and gave the impression that they had no interest in actually speaking to people about the role. Overall it sounded like an interesting position that I was excited to interview for, but I found the interaction to be very unprofessional and unpleasant.
