Publix Cashier interview questions

The manager basically told me she had some "weeds to pick", meaning, if you weren't good enough for the job, you just wouldn't be good enough. I feel they just let the managers use whatever words they need to exemplify what they expect out of each and every employee...URGENCY. I was 16, I got the job.
