I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Publix
Interview
The manager basically told me she had some "weeds to pick", meaning, if you weren't good enough for the job, you just wouldn't be good enough. I feel they just let the managers use whatever words they need to exemplify what they expect out of each and every employee...URGENCY. I was 16, I got the job. I was on Zoloft at the time, but am no longer taking it. JUST BE A GOOD PERSON AND USE YOUR OWN CODE OF ETHICS TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS THE BEST WAY YOU NEED TO ASSESS THE SITUATION, look further into the details and know that you are always going to be learning something new every day.

Question 1
There were really no difficult questions at all..BE YOURSELF. IT'S OKAY TO LOOK/BE NERVOUS. They want to see you as yourself...being yourself is the easiest and hardest thing to do.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Publix
Interview
Met with a very pleasant lady. She went over what the company was and asked me about myself. She went on to say this was the first part of the interviewing process and I would be interviewed by the store manager or assistant next. She told me thing went great and I would be hearing from someone soon.
