Publix Front Service Clerk interview questions

Interviews took place in four separate rounds with four separate managers. This included both managers for your department of application, and both managers for the store. Final interviews felt largely like formalities, but the requirement to appear on time and prepared was still there. Questions typically were scenario based on how one would react in certain situations.

Overall relaxed interview process and environment - held in the store manager's office. Most questions were about my character or past experiences. Some hypothetical situations to see how you would react on the job.
