Super easy, it was a very short interview with the customer service manager in which he asked me easy questions about the company. For example, one of them was "who was the founder of Publix?" which gives you the opportunity to not only demonstrate your knowledge but also to show that you researched and give a little background as to how and why he established Publix.
Decent, They ask questions relevant to the job, but if you are not prepared to sit and wait 30 minutes for an interview, don't go. I sat for almost 45 minutes. I was on time, signed in and waited. It shows the professionalism of the business when they demand you be on time, but fail to be on time themselves. It shows that they will never appreciate that your time has value.

Question 1
They kept asking me if I knew how to drive a forklift even though I showed my license as part of the selection process.
Fairly simple, just be transparent and be as flexible as you can. When I applied, I was starting college, and I had no previous job experience. Can't speak for all Publix's, but will train, just don't expect them to hold your hand, and they will let you fend for yourself.
