Publix interview questions

Contacted by a recruiting firm, set up initial interview screening, then a second interview with the hiring manager. Took about 2 - 3 weeks between interviews. Read carefully the details in the job description when applying on the website as the system might disqualify you immediately if you do not meet a minimum requirement.

Will ask you basic questions and if they feel that you are friendly and can handle customers politely, they will hire you. Took weeks to get a job interview then drug test on the spot. After a week, they will get the result and will call you back for a job offer.
