Publix interview questions

I would have loved to work at Publix, but as the other reviewers have commented, it is VERY difficult to get full time. Yes, Publix does offer benefits to part-timers, but only after you have worked 1500 hours. Usually there are already people employed there in line to get full-time ahead of you. You are not eligible for any management development unless you are "full-time". Sad that it is so difficult to get all the benefits and mentoring that they are recognized for.

Interview at publix was really simple. I sat down with their hiring manager and he/she asked me a few question about my future and why I wanted to work at publix. One question asked was about being able to clean the bathrooms which was apparently a job necessity. Another question asked was about my residence and if I had a reliable mode of transportation.
