Interview
Online Application: Begin by submitting an online application through Publix's official website. Make sure to provide accurate information and highlight relevant experience. Phone Interview: If your application meets the requirements, you may receive a phone interview. This is usually a brief conversation to assess your qualifications and availability. In-Person Interview: If you pass the phone interview, you may be invited for an in-person interview at a Publix store. During this interview, you'll discuss your background, skills, and availability with a hiring manager. Assessment Tests: Some positions may require you to complete assessment tests, such as a customer service assessment, to evaluate your skills and suitability for the role. Second Interview: Depending on the position, you might have a second interview with a department or store manager to delve deeper into your qualifications and to determine your fit within the team. Job Offer: If you successfully navigate these steps, you may receive a job offer from Publix. Be prepared to discuss compensation, benefits, and other details at this stage. Background Check and Drug Test: Publix typically conducts background checks and drug tests for all potential employees as part of the hiring process.
Short interview- didn't really consist of any questions. More of a conversation, knew I got the position before I left. Ended up talking about what to wear on the first day and what to bring.
