Filled out the application online, got contacted for an interview the day after, setting the interview with the customer service manager for 2 days later. I met with a hiring manager. He asked general interview questions and he was very kind. We toured the store and he answered all of the questions I had. I was mainly worried about having a flexible schedule, but they were very understanding. I was interviewing for a part time role.
