I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at PwC (Tampa, FL)
Interview
SUPER INTENSE -4 Adults crammed into a tiny office (before pandemic) and one person on Skype. GRILLED with questions. VERY negative impressions given with the structure and hierarchy. Tight knit group who have come up together. Always trying to hire. Interviewed twice, two groups. Tampa onsite HR teams is intense.

Question 1
How do you handle overly needy / disgruntled hiring managers?
First received an email to determine the phone interview time. After passing the phone interview, there is a formal interview. The whole interview is normal and pleasant. They just want to sure you are competent for this position.
Waste of time, called me for an entry level role that was advertised as a first level position to a long term career at PWC yet the recruiter told me over the phone that there was little chance of growth in this position? Then why would I begin a career with PWC at all and why did the description say the opposite?
