The final interview was with a Partner and lasted about 30 minutes. It felt more like a conversation rather than a formal interview.
The questions were relatively broad, for example:
Why do you want to work in consulting?
What do you think are the biggest challenges facing the industry in the future?
How do you see AI impacting the consulting industry?
The Partner also asked for my views on certain industry trends.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
