I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PwC (New York, NY) in Nov 2010
Interview
There was one presentation on the firm the the group (FSR). Following the presentation was a panel discussion. After that, there are 3 30-minute interviews with a manager, a director, and a partner. The interviews were more getting to know each other.
I was paired up with an associate as my buddy for the day. This person would say something about me with the interviewers.
Just be yourself and relax.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
