Interview
Interviews tend to be non technical at the associate level, with a focus on behavorial questions. Focus on the basic strengh weakness questions, talk about experiences, make sure your answers are pro teamwork, hard work etc. You will typically interview with 4 people, 2 accounting staff, 1 partner and 1 hr person. Once they call you into an interview chances are they will take you provided you do not screw up on the interview. So don't sweat it and be confident.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
