The interview process was divided in 4 segments:
1) Survey
2) Assessment
3) Personal Interview
4) Follow-up interview
Overall, the process was quite difficult and very competitive. As one of the best consulting firms in the world, they expect the best from their employees. Their interviews reflect their competitive nature, and their expectations for work.

Q: Describe your past work experience and what you learned from it.
Have to pass the online psychometric tests then have to do online recorded interview with a couple questions. The normal expected questions for interviews. Would recommend to have good commercial awareness and info on recent projects.
The process included an online assessment and a virtual interview; it wasn’t difficult, but the test didn’t accurately reflect the role I was applying for, which felt slightly misleading overall.
the interview process was not too bad, it consisted of an online assessment and then a video online assessment where I had to record myself answering 4 different competency based questions.
