Interview
The hiring process was way too long. And in the end, they hired someone not so competent. Strong reference makes it in this part of the world, Pakistan. I would suggest everyone to find a nice reference and try to go thru a recruitment agency so that you would be able to make an impact

Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
