Il colloquio è articolato in tre step: chiamata da parte dell'hr per fissare il colloquio, colloquio conoscitivo in cui chiedono la tua esperienza lavorativa, i tuoi studi e se questo ha esito positivo c'è il colloquio tecnico.
Primo colloquio telefonico HR seguita da call motivazionale con HR piú approfondita. Successivamente c’è il colloquio tecnico con management del team. Nel caso i manager diretti non siano direttamente negli uffici su cui si è inseriti, potrebbe essercene un terzo conoscitivo con i manager presenti nella fede di riferimento.

Followed by an interview with members from the ESG team. They may test your cantonese and mandarin abilities as well.
