Case interview questions and technical assessment plus behavioural elements, it was super simple and straight forward but response times were bad and very delayed. Overall average experience and definitely not too bad in any way.

Question 1
Question was about launching a new business within existing market
Have to pass the online psychometric tests then have to do online recorded interview with a couple questions. The normal expected questions for interviews. Would recommend to have good commercial awareness and info on recent projects.
The process included an online assessment and a virtual interview; it wasn’t difficult, but the test didn’t accurately reflect the role I was applying for, which felt slightly misleading overall.
the interview process was not too bad, it consisted of an online assessment and then a video online assessment where I had to record myself answering 4 different competency based questions.
