The process needs to take about 1 month, after getting a phone interview the process will be smooth and will get the feedback quickly. For me, the process is quick fast, after receiving a phone call then they provided me a verbal offer.
Straightforward process overall - this followed the milkround process used by all big 4 accounting firms as they are aware candidates will be applying for multiple firms. Quick turnaround on providing the offer and good communication throughout.
